Here’s a quick review for another business software (thought we might do a detailed review later, as this one is more FYI type). This software is called eSuccession by Halogen Software. And as the name suggests, it is used for succession planning. Who in the organization will be the next Team Leader, Project Manager, etc? These are the kind of questions this software will help you answer, by managing employee talent and performance metrics; this will help you make informed decisions when that time of the year to award promotions comes along.
