After having searched the net for a good online virtual office, I’ve come finally with a good product that comes with everything I have been looking for. I am talking about the brand new Officezilla, a free an easy to configure application that provides the flexibility and capabilities to work from every computer on the world like if you were working at your own office.
Once you have created your free-account, the first thing to do is to enter in the Admin panel, located on the left sidebar, from where our initial configuration can be done for all the different services. From there you can manage your calendar, to-do list, email, forums, files, contacts and so on. You have the option also to invite from an standard email (that can be edited) whoever you want to invite to your office.
The email comes with a mailbox size of 100mb, which is not much for a medium size business, not even for a small one if we take into account that Gmail gives you more than 2Gb and many people is starting to fill it up completely, but I presume there will be in the future options to upgrade to more space. For the moment everything is free and ads-free, the look and layout is simple but confortable to work with, which is a very good start to gain customers and start growing fast.
