These are the kind of news that Yahoo users, more than 250 million, are happy to receive
. Yahoo has announced officially that in a couple of months, their users will get unlimited storage capacity in their Yahoo mail accounts. Yahoo currently offers 1 gigabyte for its free mail service and 2GB for its premium fee-based service. Google’s free Gmail service offers more than 2.5GB of storage, and Windows Live Hotmail offers 2GB for free, so you can bet that soon both companies will have to do something to catch up with this initiative.
According to John Kremer, vice president of Yahoo Mail: “We are watching the trend lines of how people are using e-mail…and they are sending more photos and videos and rich media” so in fact it is a logical step for all providers to start increasing their mailboxes capacity. If you do not have a Yahoo email, maybe now it is a good time to create an account :-).

Many of you may already know several websites offering text links ads where you can get some cash by inserting them in your blog or website. Two of the best known are Text Link Ads and PaidTextLinks, the last one being still in beta, and now a new one is coming into town to give you more possibilities of monetizing your blogging effort.
We are talking about Cashlinkr, a place where you can get, depending on the value of your blog, up to 12o$ a month per link, which is not bad indeed, although you may probably start with something like 10$. Anyhow, it is good that bloggers can already choose more and more from several options to get reward for the hours we spent on the computer, just because we like it :-).

I was talking a few days agoabout the new search box for Picassa web. Today, thanks to What’s New I have discovered a very good and powerful search application for photos inside Flickr. It is called FlickrCash and at a first glance it looks pretty interesting. The search is done using a semi-transparent box and the results appear in a mosaic-like page where every image is pointing directly to its source url. It can be really useful for all of us looking for some nice pics in Flickr, the Yahoo service that has millions of photos many of them with an incredible quality and public for everyone to use!.

If any of you remember the movie “The secret”, then you will be happy that we have found the opportunity via Sponsored Reviews to comment on something related even better.
A seminar and a how-to program to implement all the “secrets” that were shown on the movie. For those who did not see it, I strongly recommend it. It was, or it is :-), all about realising about the power of ones-thoughts to attract and create your own surrounding reality, everything explained from the point of view of the quantum physics.
I was very surprised and interested when I saw it and now I am glad to see this seminar implemented. This new initiative has been called the Secret Science of Getting Rich, , catchy, isn’t it? :). The idea behind is to apply the methods and techniques explained in the movie to attract wealth and richness to you, in a step-by-step program prepared by the authors of “The Secret” and with the participation of some of the teachers ( most of them well known personalities in their professional field) that appeared in the movie : Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for The Soul), Bob Proctor (creme-de-la-cream success coach) and Michael Beckwith (popular spiritual leader) among others.
The official website of the program has plenty of info about it. You will be explained techniques about manifesting things in your life, a concept that it you never heard of it it is right now the perfect time for learning it. You can subscribe online and try for free 7 free lessons, also become part of their affiliates program, so you get the opportunity to get some extra cash while developing your abilities. Take a look at it and let us know how successful you become!

Skype has just launched the Beta version of its Skype Prime service, a new application that will allow skype-to-skype calls be charged at a defined-by-the-user price. The idea behind is to allow the creation of customer support lines, hot sexy lines, paid information numbers, etc, etc as they exist now in the conventional telephony system.
So, instead of now looking for your fix or mobile phone to call your laptop support service or your travel agent, you can just use skype prime, and the company can charge you a fee for doing it.
The idea is good, although it breaks the whole concept of free calls over the internet, but if you think about it, it is also very convenient. You do not need a phone anymore, if while working on your computer you need to make a call, the only thing you have to do is click one icon on your skype session. Easy and fast.
Will it change the way people approach conventional paid numbers? If you are interested in trying it out, just go to their site and download the beta version :-).
Don’t forget to share with us later!

The guys from Sponsored Reviews have finally started inviting people and launching their first review opportunities in the Beta version. I have been invited to create an account so I can start checking the wonders that everybody has been commenting about this new service. This is then, a paid review to check their system.
Bloggers and advertisers are becoming good friends, it is an increasingly interesting market due to the popularity blogs have acquired in the marketing and sales world. There are so far 4 services that I know that offer paid reviews for advertisers so bloggers can comment on their stuff.
So, what can I see that makes Sponsored Reviews better than the others?. For bloggers, the most interesting thing is that you get paid every two weeks by means of Paypal, easy and directly to your account, and that the transaction fee is just 35% of the total price of the review. That means that for the good amount of time you are checking advertisers products and trying to see what is good and what is not good with them, it is a good return of the invested time. It is so far the lowest fee I have seen also in all the 4 services.
The other thing that I like is that I do not need to sit and wait for a publisher to discover my blog, but rather I can offer my services to them by means of their dual system. I can see what products are waiting to be reviewed and therefore I can choose what it is interesting for me. You can also negotiate the price with the advertiser, so if you consider that your time and expertise is worth it much more than the initial bid, you can try to push it a bit up and get a nice agreement with the publisher that is both satisfactory for you and them.
So far so good, then. I have created a public profile for this blog in their system, so if you want your product to appear in Review the Market, let us know!, we’ll be happy to have a look and comment on it :-).

People who has a blog usually has a system to check stats. We have been talking previously about Shiny Stats, a simple but useful tracking system that can be placed without any java script code on your blog or website.
Now, for those willing to implement something apart from Google Analytics, you have the possibility to implement something more powerful, such as the new Reinvigorate. With a new face and layout, the reports are clean and complete, in fact I would say that they are as powerful as Google Analytics’, although you have to get use to the way the information is presented.
You can also install the tracking code in as many sites as you wish with one single account, and easily navigate through them via your control panel. I presume I will soon install it here and keep several stats system for some time to compare their efficiency, although you have to expect some differences in numbers, for whatever reason, they never match :-).
